Euclid is a city located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. It is situated along the southern shore of Lake Erie and is part of the Greater Cleveland metropolitan area. With a population of approximately 47,000 residents, Euclid is one of the larger suburbs in the region.

Euclid was named after the ancient Greek mathematician Euclid and was officially incorporated as a city in 1930.
