Middleburg Heights is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and is a suburb of Cleveland. The population was 16,004 at the 2020 census.

Middleburg Heights is a relatively young city, incorporated in 1950.

The city has a number of parks and recreation facilities, including Middleburg Heights City Park, which is home to a swimming pool, a golf course, and several athletic fields. Middleburg Heights also has a public library, a performing arts center, and a number of restaurants and shops.
