Dayton is the sixth-largest city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Montgomery County. It is located in the Great Miami Valley, about 50 miles north of Cincinnati. The city has a population of 137,644 as of 2020.

Dayton is a major manufacturing center and is home to a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, General Motors, and Fuyao Glass America. The city is also a major center for healthcare, education, and research.

Dayton is a popular tourist destination, and is home to a number of museums, historical sites, and parks. The city is also known for its annual Air Show, which is one of the largest in the world.
